Company background
Globe Air Cargo Ltda started operations in 1995, as a GSSA for Tampa Airlines, along with Virgin Atlantic. It also did coordination of cargo charters MIA/BOG with Globe Air Miami, BOG/IQT, and was GSA for Copa Airlines, the national flag of Panama, for 6 years. The company joined ECS in 1998. It now represents Aerogal to the Ecuatorian market; DAE to the Carribean Market and off line companies like Air Europa (through Caracas, Santo Domingo), Thomson Fly and Corsairfly. Globe Air Cargo Ltda also has its own freighters which they lease from Lineas Aereas Suramericanas (LAS). Thanks to Group synergies, it has developed operations in the Carribean with Aero Cargo and opened an office in the Dominican Republic.

- Globe Air Cargo has offices in the LAS building, at El Dorado Airport in Bogotá. It offers air connections to all major Colombian cities: Medellin, Cali, Barranquilla, Pereira, Bucaramanga, San Andres and Leticia, as well as to Quito, Panama City, Lima and Iquitos.
