Heiner Sass
Managing Director
A qualified freight forwarder, Heiner Sass spent 12 years in South Africa with Schenker Air Freight, as Import Manager, Sales Manager and Airfreight Manager. After five years with Schenker in Germany, he joined Martinair as Sales Manager for Germany, Austria and Switzerland, and later became Director Cargo Sales Central Europe. He joined PACE Airline Services GmbH as Managing Director in July 2002.

Mark GRINSTED
Commercial Director
A former Cargo Agent with Lufthansa and Air Canada, Mark Grinstedheld several managerial positions with Danzas and then with Martinair, where he was Cargo Sales Manager Central Europe. He has been with Pace and subsequently Globe Air Cargo since October 2002.

Kai Behrens
Manager Customer Service & Operations
After completing his studies in Business Engineering, Kai Behrens joined Globe Air Cargo in 2005 as a Customer Service & Operations Agent. 2 years later in 2007 he was promoted to Manager Customer Service & Operations. Emanuele di Meo
Sales Manager Germany
Since 1997 Emanuele di Meo has worked for various European airlines in the cargo department and collected considerable experience in cargo handling, reservations, customer service, sales and marketing. In 2008, he joined Globe Air Cargo as Cargo Sales Executive for the Frankfurt area. With effect from 1st January 2009 he was promoted to the position of Sales Manager Germany.

A qualified freight forwarder, worked for 17 years for a major cargo agent before joining Globe Air Cargo in August 2003 as Sales Manager Germany West. From August 2008 he took on additional responsibility for the Sales Area Germany North.

Nicole Mertz

Nicole Mert is a qualified freight forwarder. After completing her apprenticeship with a leading freight forwarder in Munich she continued to work for the company for a further 7 years in the airfreight export department in Munich. In 2007, she joined Globe Air Cargo in Munich as Cargo Sales Assistant. In October 2008 she was promoted to the position of Cargo Sales Manager Germany South.

A brief company history
PACE Airline Services GmbH joined the ECS Group in 2001. After Heiner Sass joined the company as Managing Director, in July 2002, the company moved to a new location in Mörfelden near Frankfurt in January 2003. Sales Offices were opened in Düsseldorf in August 2003, in Munich in September 2003 and in Hamburg in January 2004. The company was renamed Globe Air Cargo from 1st January 2005.Among our customers
